Certification

Teach Nebraska is not directly involved with certification or certificate renewal, but here's some basic information:

Students who need to renew a Nebraska teaching certificate can typically do so by completing six credit hours of coursework at an accredited teacher education institution like UNL.

Any graduate courses offered by Teaching Learning and Teacher Education (TLTE), except practicum hours, can be applied to certificate renewal.
