Awards Application Process

Chapters of Integrity

Each building block is applied for with a separate application in addition to the application cover. A chapter may be awarded recognition for each individual building block which they apply for. If a chapter applies for all six building blocks, they will be considered to be recognized as a Chapter of Integrity. The criteria for each building block is located in the Chapters of Integrity section of this application packet.

Community Excellence Awards

Chapter Awards
Chapters may apply for as many awards as they desire. However, the chapter must be applying to the corresponding Chapter of Integrity building block in order for their application to be considered. Chapter awards should be applied for by chapter officers from the year of 2015. The criteria for each Community Excellence award is listed underneath the corresponding building block, located in the Chapters of Integrity section of this application packet.

To apply chapters must indicate that they are interested in being recognized for the community excellence award and provide the supplemental documentation that has not already been reported in the Chapters of Integrity portion.

Individual Awards
Individuals must be nominated by another peer in the Greek community. There is no restriction on the number of times an individual can be nominated, nor is there a restriction on the number of individuals one nominator can nominate. The description of each individual award can be found at the end of this awards packet.

Award Descriptions

The criteria and descriptions can be found in the accompanying Chapter of Integrity and Community Awards Description Packet. You will need to apply for each award at the corresponding links below.
