ARTICLE III, Regulations Governing Chartering

SECTION 1 - Colony Performance

A. The colony must establish an average GPA above a 3.1 for a minimum of two (2) semesters.

B. The colony must maintain a chapter size at or above forty (40) members for two consecutive semesters

C. The colony must satisfy the Operations Policy outlined in Appendix A, Article III.
