Orientation Week Happy Hours — Tuesday, August 18 3:30-5:30pm & Friday, August 21 5-7pm
Meet your fellow graduate students and relax before the hustle and bustle of the semester begins. On Tuesday, come hang out in the outdoor beer garden at Bodega's Alley and on Friday enjoy free appetizers at Brewsky's.

Benson Farm's Corn Maze — Sunday, November 1 2pm
Spend the afternoon with fellow graduate students and their families as we attempt to make our way through the maze. Check out Benson Farms website to learn more about the maze.

2009 NAGPS Conference at UNL
The GSA hosted the 2009 national conference for the National Association of Graduate and Professional Students (NAGPS). The conference was a success and we learned an amazing amount of information that we plan to implement at UNL for graduate students.

Sandwiches will be provided. Meet students from other departments. We'll start a few games as attendance allows.

Fe-Brew-ary: Brewery Tour — February 2 6-8pm at Empyrean Brewery
729 Q Street First 150 people in line get a free tour of this Haymarket Brewery. It may be cold, bundle up!

Friday Afternoon Club at W.C.'s — every Friday evening
Bring your department, bring your friends, or come to meet new ones. Look for goldenrod T-shirts!

Ice Skating — Sunday, March 29. 9:30-11:30pm at the State Fairgrounds' Ice Box
Meet inside the doors, to the left. UNL Students admitted Free w/ an I.D. Skate Rental- $3.00 Guests $6.00 + 3.00 Skate Rental.Bring your department, bring your friends, or come to meet new ones. Look for goldenrod T-shirts!

April Brewery Tour — Monday, April 6. 6-8pm at the Empyrean Brewery
Tour starts at 7pm - first 150 people get in free.

Graduate Student Appreciation Week (GSAW) — Monday, April 6 - Friday, April 10
There will be various activities throughout the week. This year's events included an east campus BBQ, a new faculty panel, trivia night at Buzzard Billy's, free massages, kickball against the faculty and much more.
