Primary Clinic
The Primary Care Clinic is staffed by board certified physicians, physician assistants and nurses. There is NO CHARGE for a primary care provider visit. A full-service medical clinic, care is provided for: Illness and injuries; chronic conditions; physical exams; pap smears (please fill out the Women's Health History Form); and referral to specialty clinics when needed.Specialty Clinic
Consulting board certified specialists provide services in the following areas: dermatology; gynecology; neurology; ophthalmology; orthopedics; optometry; podiatry; surgery; and urology. Allergy injections are also administered.Save time at your next UHC visit! The UHC is now providing a number of forms available for download. Complete the relevant form(s) before your next visit and save some time in the waiting room.
