Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students (BASICS)

Description

Think of BASICS as a one-on-one version of the small group ASTP. Many of the same topics are covered, but in more depth. Like the ASTP, there are two sessions, each about two hours long. Typically there is one week between sessions. Sessions are relaxed and informal. It's an opportunity to talk about alcohol and/or drug use in a safe, confidential, and supportive setting.
