Substance Abuse Evaluations
Description
A Substance Abuse Evaluation determines if a person has an alcohol or drug problem. An evaluation typically consists of an interview with a counselor and completing forms and surveys about your alcohol and/or drug use. The evaluation usually consists of one or two meetings. If the evaluation determines an alcohol or drug problem exists, a recommendation to the appropriate type of treatment is made. A substance abuse evaluation must be completed before you can be admitted to any treatment program in the Lincoln area.
