What is BAC?

BAC stands for blood alcohol content and is a measure of the ratio of alcohol to blood in your body. For example, a BAC of .1 means that you have one part alcohol in 1000 parts blood (by the way, this is over the legal limit of .08).

BAC Card

A person's BAC level is influenced by gender, weight, time period, and amount of alcohol. Different effects are felt at different BAC levels.

We recommend that if you choose to drink, you shoot for the Green Zone, which is a BAC of .02-.06.
