Chapter 1 — Welcome!

Nebraska State Capitol Building

International Affairs Building
The International Affairs Office (IA) is made up of two parts: Study Abroad and International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS). ISSS is here to help you answer questions about living in the US and problems that arise during your stay. You are always welcome to talk with an ISSS Advisor.
When you arrive at UNL, check in with ISSS and go through orientation. This will help answer a lot of questions and allow you to meet other new international students.
