Responsibilities include processing study abroad applications including data entry, coding, and confirmation letters, and mailing to exchange partner institutions once approved by our office or faculty group leader in some cases. Enrolling students and faculty members for Study Abroad insurance. Prepare orientation materials, faculty leader materials and resource materials for our library. For incoming exchange students she prepares exchange benefit letters and requests transcripts from Registration and Records to send to their home institution once they complete their semester or academic year studies.
