Application forms required vary by program. Check the program descriptions for specific program application requirements. All programs require at least Form A. Non-UNL programs require Form A in addition to program-approval documents.

Application forms (A,B,E) may be completed and submitted on-line. Please print a copy for your records before you submit on-line.

Application forms (C & D) require signatures and are available for print-out only. You can not submit these forms on-line.

UNO, UNK, & UNMC students need to complete an inter-campus registration form.

Non-UNL students are welcome to apply for UNL programs. Admission to UNL as a visiting student will be required.
