We Support Enterprise Solutions

Enterprise Information Solutions (EIS) keeps student financial aid records, class registration, student records, student accounts and other UNL applications running smoothly. We manage campus-wide data integrity efforts; provide project management services; and coordinate the information technology architecture to efficiently and effectively create and/or support these UNL systems:

  • Advisor System: keeps track of advisor/student contact sessions
  • ARSystem: Trouble ticketing software used internally by Information Services HelpDesk to track UNL IS problems and port change requests.
  • Degree Audit Reporting system with transfer course articulation.
  • DataMart: Reporting system for Student information.
  • Employee & Dependent Scholarship Program: University of Nebraska campus wide application for employees utilizing the employee dependent benefit. With this system, employees can allocate hours to any eligible dependent as they attend any University of Nebraska campus.
  • eNRoll: Student registration for classes by web
  • Faculty Web Roster: Faculty can list students in their class from the web
  • Financial Aids Records: Online and batch Student Information System, Fairs, Scholarship System, Web based Systems
  • NuView: Undergraduate and Graduate Application tracking and processing system for Admissions
  • Records and Registration: Online and batch Student Information System, Schedule of Classes
  • SEVIS: Student and Exchange Visitor Information System: Required federal information tracking system of international students and exchange visitors.
  • SIS+: Student Information Systems is software for batch and online registration & records, financial aid and student accounts.

  • Student Accounts: Consolidated Billing and Short Term Loans
  • Talisma: Undergraduate recruitment system. This package supports recruiters, marketers and clerical staff in their efforts to attract students, send them mailings, enter them into the student database, and to track the whole process.
  • WAM: What About Me is a Web-based student access to student records including grades, addresses, student accounts, financial aid, and admission status.
