Looking for a travel deal to India this December '97 ?!?  Good! You've found yourself at the right place ;-)

Here are the specs for the deal : (As on 9/13/97)

• Chicago - Madras for $1068 (incl. tax) by LUFTHANSA (via Frankfurt)
• May obtain an additional $50 off (discounted on your inland fares) How?
• The deal is valid for any travel date with the departure date before the 31st of December 1997 (on the condition that reservations are available)
• The return needs to be within 1 year of the departure date
• For a guaranteed price and ticket, book the ticket asap; if the price goes lower, refunds will be made, however you will not be asked to pay more if the prices go up
• The reservations for inland travel (within the US or India) can be made at a later time
• Credit cards are accepted!
• Stop-overs are entertained!!! For example, you could stop-over at Frankfurt for a day for sightseeing while going TO or FRO

How does this work?!?

Simply call 1-888-458-4201 (toll-free) of Austin, TX and ask for Pamela (aka Pam) or Jeff. You may also e-mail her at jet2day@ix.netcom.com with an intended schedule along with your contact info. She will coordinate with Student Travels (who specialize in travel discounts for students below the age of 26 years!), and fix up your itinerary.

For the additional discount of upto $50, tell her that you were referred by Suman Chepuri (of Lincoln, NE). Typically, this discount might be made on the inland ticket you'd purchase for flying till Chicago. This group discount would vary depending upon the number of students taking up this offer (gets better with a larger group!).

What you need to do :

• Firstly, call up Pam (at 1-888-458-4201) and make sure about all the above specs, and fix up your intinerary
• You'll need to send in a passport size photograph; Student Travels will make a student ID for your travel (costs $10)
• Send in a proof-of-age picture ID to show age < 26 (copy of your Passport or Driver's License)
• Send in a copy of your current student ID (optional)
