HuskerVision is Hiring!!!
Come to one of two informational meetings if you are interested in working in the fast-paced environment of sports television. We will be hiring student intern positions for fall and spring of 2008-2009. Former students have gone on to work in high profile markets in a variety of broadcasting jobs including working for ESPN, The Houston Rockets, Texas A&M, the Seattle Mariners, The United States Olympic Training Center, MTV, the Qwest Center, KETV in Omaha, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Prior experience in broadcasting is not needed. In fact, through the course of the internship you will be provided with hands on training on the use of professional video cameras, control room equipment, linear and non-linear editing systems, live big screen broadcast as well as taped show broadcast, and multi-definition workflow. We especially encourage freshmen and sophomores to attend the meetings.
More information regarding HuskerVision's range of broadcast production will be provided at the informational meetings as well as examples of real student produced work from this previous year.
