Internship opportunities at the secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)

The Communications and Media Unit provides opportunities for graduate and postgraduate students with curricula in the fields of communications, media relations, journalism and public relations nonpaying internships at the UNFCCC secretariat in Bonn, Germany

The internships are designed to meet the interests of students and include projects involving press/media accreditation, public information, public relations and outreach and working with the UNFCCC website.

Applicants must meet the requirements of the UNFCCC Internship Programme and should demonstrate an interest in climate change related issues and in the United Nations. Interested applicants should contact the Communications and Media Unit outlining their preferred area of interest and the kind of work that they would like to undertake.

Every attempt is made to match an applicant with a current project.

Applicants can be accepted at any time during the calendar year for a period of no less than 2 months and no greater than 6 months.
