KZUM Radio Streaming / Podcast Production Internship
KZUM Radio and the Lincoln Public Schools are looking for a program editor for a locally produced series that will begin airing this fall. Seventeen schools are recording ELL classroom activities to be assembled into a weekly 30 minute program. This series will air on KZUM 89.3 FM, Lincoln's community radio station. It will also be streamed on KZUM's web site and available for download on the Lincoln Public Schools web site.
We are looking for a student to edit together the prerecorded segments and add music beds, commentary, open and close, etc, to create a broadcast quality production. Editing will be done at KZUM on Magix Music Studio software. Editing experience is preferred.
The internship begins in late July and will last throughout the school year. Editing days and hours are flexible.
This is an unpaid internship.
