Teresa Prince, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Milwaukee, WI
Summerfest, Milwaukee's famed outdoor music festival is going on. I had a lot of fun walking around the place and listening to random acts this weekend. Here are some shots of the crowd; they're more fun to shoot than musicians.
Carly Trainor (left) and Megan Caputo, employees of the Miller Brewing Company Tour and Visitor Center, spent eight hours walking around Summerfest in beer can suits and special hats. They said many people yell "Hey nice cans!" when they walk by.
Craeg Penalski from Mukwonago (right), Tracy Samuel from Westbend and Tanya Yoshioka (right) of California are rocking out to "Black Betty" by the Kimi Hayes Band at the Harley Davidson Stage.
Becky Boldt's level one jazz class from the Academy of Dance Arts Group laugh in the bleachers after performing to "Cuban Pete" on Saturday afternoon.
