It's a fine affair, but now it's over!August 10, 2007 Teresa Prince, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Milwaukee, WI This was actually my second-to-last assignment; a food shot was last but this was the last interesting assignment. I can't believe this summer is ending. It was a fabulous experience. But I can't be too sad, I get to see all my friends and family in Nebraska soon! I explored so much of Wisconsin, ate copious amounts of dairy products, learned how to make slideshows, learned not to take a tripod on a boat... I learned a lot. Some of the highlights would have to be Summerfest, working with audio, visitng Theresa, Wisconsin, that town almost spelled my name right and spending more time with Alex. This has been an awesome summer. To see my best work check out my newly revamped web site: www.teresaprince.com I'm a total geek and sepnt all week writing code and designing it. Hasta luego Milwaukee! |
Tribal artist Kai Smith painted faces at the annual Summer of Peace youth initiative. These girls, Kiana Gee, 8, Dayasha Jones, 7, Nyla Farsee, 7 and Tiana Gee,8, came to the festival at Kilbourne park on Friday, August 10, 2007 with their daycare, The Right Way Child Care Center. The festival promotes peace and protests inner-city violence. |
