Nia Johnson

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama Nia Johnson received her BA in Mass Communication, BS in Psychology, University of Alabama at Birmingham. Nia decided to further her education at UNL in the hopes of one day teaching at the college level. The distance education program at UNL allows her to keep her full time job while working toward that goal. After graduation, Nia hopes to gain a little more work experience before starting a family and teaching. Nia enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to movies, shopping, staying active at the church she and her husband attend, and watching Crimson Tide football. Her favorite quote is "Would I rather be feared or loved? Um, easy. Both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me," by Michael Scott, The Office.
