Meetings are held weekly
- They are normally on Sunday nights from 5:00-6:00 PM.
- An agenda of the meeting is emailed prior to meeting
- They are all mandatory for ACTIVE members
- All active members, conditional members, and honorary members are qualified to attend
- Alumni are welcome to attend the first meeting of the month, and any other meeting with a prior notice
