Meetings are held weekly

• They are normally on Tuesday nights from 8:30-9:30
• An agenda of the meeting is emailed prior to meeting
• They are all mandatory for ACTIVE members
• All active members, conditional members, and honorary members are qualified to attend
• Alumni are welcome to attend the first meeting of the month, and any other meeting with a prior notice
