If you drive by a building and your thoughts turn to its infrastructure, this is the community for you! As a member of this community, you will quickly discover the value of study groups, the convenience of living across the street from the College of Engineering in Abel Hall, and the support of hands-on activities and mentors who have been through the challenge of the first year. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our signature events such as Steak & Eggs—a steak dinner with the College Dean and a competition building protection cases for dropping eggs off the top of Abel Hall—and trips to tour relevant companies and organizations. For example, last year we visited the NASA facility in Houston. Courses in this community accommodate requirements in different Engineering majors. Plan to give yourself this added support!
