Exploring Medicine
If you are interested in a pre-med program, this first-year learning community is designed for you. You will live in Schramm Hall, take Biology and Introduction to Health Professions courses together, and have access to exclusive academic and social experiences outside the classroom, such as visits to the University of Nebraska Medical Center and educational activities with the cadaver lab on campus. You will also receive guidance in preparing for the MCAT, applying to med schools, and learning what a career in medicine might include.
