Lincoln Friends of Foreign Students is an all-volunteer Lincoln community organization active for over 40 years. LFFS seeks to promote friendship and understanding between people of differing nationalities by pairing interested Lincoln area families and individuals with international students enrolled at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. These Lincoln families serve as the students' special friends in the United States.

About Applications
Every international student is eligible to apply for Lincoln friends. Student applications are available through the University of Nebraska International Affairs office or may be completed online. They should be submitted at the beginning of your first semester.
