QUARTERLY PROJECT PROPOSAL FORM

This form is to be used to propose new Quarterly Projects. Examples of such projects include: cataloging gift collections, adding access points to a group of materials, reclassing a collection, changing cataloging decisions from set to separates to gain greater access to a set or serial, completely linking a serial title or other group of materials not in IRIS, editing a group of IRIS records for consistency, or rebinding or repairing significant groups of materials.
First discuss the project proposal with the department chair(s) whose department(s) will be doing the work. Next complete this form and have the proposal approved by your department chair. Use only one form per proposal.
