Computer Science Index INDEX/CITATIONS, SOME ABSTRACTS

Formerly Computer Literature Index, this database offers abstracting and indexing of academic journals, professional publications, and other reference sources at the highest scholarly and technical levels of computer science. The collection covers more than 6,500 periodicals and books, with coverage going back to the mid 1960s. The focus is on subjects such as artificial intelligence, expert systems, system design, data structures, computer theory, computer systems and architecture, software engineering, human-computer interaction, new technologies, social and professional context, and much more. It also includes editor-selected articles from magazine and journal titles in related areas of study.

A bibliographic index to publications in statistics and related fields. The CIS Extended Database (CIS-ED) includes bibliography for the following types of items beginning in most cases in 1974, or with the first issue of the journal if later: the entire contents of over 100 "core journals" (including pre-1974 coverage for a number of the most important journals),
selected articles since 1974 from about 900 additional journals in fields related to statistics, and
about 8000 books in statistics published since 1974.
