Visitors
As a land-grant university, many of our services are extended to citizens of Nebraska, members of the Nebraska Alumni Association, and Friends of the Libraries, UNL. Visitors may apply for a library card (IRIS card) at Love, C.Y. Thompson, Engineering or Architecture libraries.
Not Eligible for a Borrower's Card?Materials with a location of "LDRF" can be retrieved for patrons not eligible for a borrower's card. Let circulation, interlibrary loan or reference staff know that there is a book or journal you would like to see and it can be brought to Love Library for building use only. Most materials will be available within 1 business day.
If materials are available at another library in the UNL system, patrons will need to visit that library to use the materials there.
