He will be able to answer many of your questions about the benefit packages. All available benefit changes (except Long Term Care) must be completed on-line through ESS in Firefly, no paper forms will be accepted. Several staff members, many students, and our reference patrons are using them. Angela and Richie cover how Macs are similar to PC's and how they aren't.
