SCSC Carl S. Meyer Prize for the best paper delivered at the yearly SCSC conference, by a scholar who is still in graduate school or has earned the Ph.D in the last 5 years.

SCSC Nancy Lyman Roelker Prize for the best article published in English on sixteenth-century French history (during preceding calendar year)

SCSC Harold J. Grimm Prize for the best article published in English in preceding year on Reformation studies

SCSC Literature Prize is for best literature paper published in Sixteenth Century Journal.
