 The Elephant Trunk contains five inquiry-based activities, which support state science standards, and two curriculum guides, 4-5th and 6-8th grades. Students use fossils to discover habitats of elephant species along with other animals living at the same time. Students also learn about geology, teeth, elephant behavior, and conservation. |
