Graduate Study - Music Education

How to apply to the MM (Music Education) program:

	Graduate College - UNL
	Complete the Graduate School's application form AND pay $45 application fee – [all on same online form] NOTE: Degree/Major will be “Music (MM)” - leave area of specialization blank... Instructions for completing the Graduate School's form can be read here...

	Submit to the School of Music:
	three (3) letters of recommendation - form for PhD \| form for masters
	a 10-15 minute video demonstrating your teaching in the classroom and/or rehearsal hall (you may use student teaching) - VHS or DVD only.
	a 1 to 2 page word-processed statement of philosophy of music education.
	OPTION: If you are also applying for the thesis option, submit at least one sample of formal writing (term paper, curriculum guide, etc.)
