The Nav Student Leadership Team key values are to Lead, Evangelize, Study the Word, Train Others, Encourage, and Relate. The Nav Student Leadership Team will encourage and challenge you in your relationship with God; and will help you develop convictions on the heart and vision of Jesus. From sharing your faith, to leading bible studies, to discipling others, you will also gain valuable tools and necessary skills that will help equip you in your ministry to others.

The Nav Student Leadership Team provides great opportunities to get involved within the ministry leading and serving in various ways. You'll have the opportunity to help lead and serve in various events, meetings, etc... and you'll help plan and strategize ways to improve different aspects of the ministry. The Nav Student Leadership Team is also a great time of fellowship as you get to know others and build community. We will have our meetings once a month on Sunday's from 5-8:30 p.m. (dates TBD). Dinner will be included during this time. We will have a Fall Retreat at the beginning of the year and a Spring Conference in February. All of these things are just a snapshot of what leadership team is all about, so come and apply to check it out for yourself.
