L.E.S.T.E.R.Lead - Evangelize - Study the Word - Train - Encourage - Relate L.E.S.T.E.R. is our UNL Navigator student leadership team. L.E.S.T.E.R. is divided into several teams: Timothy, Evangelism, Freshmen Connection, Greekside, Prayer, Servant Support, and Senior (for those graduating soon). The Timothy, Evangelism, Freshmen Connection, Greekside and Prayer teams meet every Wednesday from 4:00-5:30pm for Spiritual and Leadership Development. The Servant Support team meets periodically throughout the semester for development and ministry planning.
To join L.E.S.T.E.R. you must meet all of the requirements (see each team page for the particular requirements), fill out an application, and have a personal interview with UNL Navigator staff. L.E.S.T.E.R.'s content includes development in ministering to others from an overflow of a passion for Jesus, apologetics, leading an investigative Bible Study with seekers, leading a believers study, learning how to share the gospel, learning how to mentor and disciple, serving, leading worship and praise, and leading prayer. We focus on Christ and the Scripture.
