Bruker-AXS D8 Discover Instrument Configurations
Rules for Reconfiguration
Facility specialist must reconfigure instrument unless user has been trained to do so.
Reservations made for 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM during the week will be reconfigured automatically according to selection made on the reservation calendar, provided the reservation is made before 8:00 AM.
If you require a reconfiguration for a reservation outside of these times, then
1) Make the reservation on the calendar and
2) Contact the specialist to confirm that he will be available for the reconfiguration.
Reconfiguration takes 15 minutes or less.
Instrument Configurations
These represent the most common configurations at this time. Many other configurations are possible and can be arranged.
GADDS - 15 cm
Area detector at medium distance from sample. This allows full range movement of sample cradle with angular coverage of about 35 degrees.

GADDS - Trans.
