FOR PROGRAMS:
"Continuity" programs develop the leadership of teacher-consultants (TCs). They also develop an ongoing professional community for teachers at the site. The participants are generally TCs at the site who have attended an institute and/or other programs. "Inservice" uses the site's TCs to provide professional development to teachers, teacher candidates, and administrators at schools and districts in the site's service area. This includes both non-contracted professional development programs for teachers and traditional contracted workshops. )
