NN21 is part of a W.K. Kellogg Foundation initiative to reform higher education for the 21st Century. There are thirteen funded projects across the United States. Nebraska Network 21 (NN21) is the title of the Nebraska project. The participants of the Kellogg Higher Education Reform Initiative are listed below.
