Sailing Team

The UNL NROTC sailing team is comprised of Midshipmen and Officer Candidates who are willing to face the challenges and responsibilities involved. Although all Midshipmen and Officer Candidates are solely responsible for ensuring that their sailing qualifications are completed the sailing team administers the required exams and organizes sailing trips. We also participate in several NROTC and local club regattas throughout the year in places such as Colorado, Nebraska and Wisconsin. To enhance our training, we occasionally receive instruction from members of local sailing clubs and marinas.
