The Office of Academic Success and Intercultural Services (OASIS) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is proud to have its very own chartered chapter of the W. E. B. Du Bois Honor Society!

Established in Fall 2008, the purpose of the Society is to honor the memory of Dr. William Edward Burghardt Du Bois by promoting the pursuit of academic excellence in all fields of higher education, to engage in service to others, and to recognize the outstanding achievements of the Society's members.

Applicants seeking membership must have sophomore standing and a minimum 3.3 GPA at the University. We encourage students to be well-rounded in all areas of academics, service, and leadership. The UNL Chapter of the W. E. B. Du Bois Honor Society is currently not accepting applications for membership fall membership. Please contact the president or advisor if you are interested in joining or want more information.

Applications for Fall 2013 are due on Friday, October 18th at 5:00 PM. Click here to download.
