Probation
GPA Probation Trigger: Below 2.0 for the current semester alone or cumulatively.
Resist the impulse to regard probation and dismissal as punishments. Look upon them as warning signals to keep you from a serious waste of time and money; they forestall the creation of a record that you will find very difficult to dig your way out of.
Remember that a provision exists for bankrupting a semester so that after a period of time in good standing you can have your GPA calculated without the grades from a limited number of bad semesters.
