ACE
Initial ACE Team - Archived August, 2009
The initial ACE Team began its work in Spring 2008 and included an Interim ACE Committee (I-ACE) and ten Course Facilitators. The I-ACE Committee consisted of a voting member from each of the eight UNL undergraduate colleges, with the Interim Director of General Education as the non-voting chair. The Dean of Undergraduate Studies, the Director of Institutional Assessment, and the Chair of the University Curriculum Committee (UCC) also sat on the committee as non-voting members. On August 31, 2009 the I-ACE Committee was dissolved and the new ACE Subcommittee of the UCC began their long-term responsibilities regarding ACE (see ACE Governing Document VI). The ACE Course Facilitators worked in cooperation with their I-ACE representative in 2008 and into 2009 to assist individuals and programs with the submission and revision of ACE course proposals.
