Every year, during recruitment, each house chooses a representative to help with recruitment. These women, known as Rho Gammas (ΡΓ), will help you during your first week at college. They hope to help you find a sorority house where you feel most at home. These women are representatives of the entire Greek System as a whole, not their own houses. They have disaffiliated themselves with their house during the summer and through recruitment. In order to facilitate this, any pictures containing the Rho Gamma or a Panhellenic Executive Officer from ΦΜ will have the image below covering her face.
