A native Nebraskan, Natalie is a UNL alumna who focused on English literature, creative writing and history during her undergraduate career, as well as participating in a nine-month study-abroad program at the Universiteit van Amsterdam. Following graduation, Natalie spent time in California working as a massage therapist and exploring her interest in alternative health modalities. Natalie attended The School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont and received her Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language in 2002. Natalie loves teaching writing and speaking skills, and is working on ways to bring mindfulness into the classroom. Natalie spends her time away from UNL doing yoga, studying Ayurveda, reading, cooking and playing with her four cats.

Courses

Natalie teaches reading, writing, usage, speaking and listening skills in the IEP, CEAP and CESL programs at UNL.
