Plain Song Review Submission Instructions
We welcome submissions from all people writing about a sense of place in the Great Plains, but we especially encourage manuscripts from students at the University of Nebraska (all campuses). Undergraduate submissions are eligible for the Christine Pappas Award for Best Work, which includes a $200 prize. Finalists are chosen by the Plains Song Review Student Editorial Board.
We are interested in all forms of writing or photography that explore a sense of place in the Great Plains — fiction, poetry, nonfiction essays, photographs — that probe what it means to live in the Great Plains.
