General Information
All sessions of the symposium will take place at the Embassy Suites Omaha Downtown-Old Market, in the heart of Omaha's historic Old Market District, unless otherwise noted. The conference packets will include the final program and event locations.

Registration for the symposium may be done either online or by mail. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or check (payable to the University of Nebraska Omaha). Please register only one person per form. Registration confirmation will be sent by email.
Payment must accompany registration form. All fees are payable in U.S. funds.
ADVANCE FULL REGISTRATION FEE — $95
Includes admission to all sessions, planned breaks and social events, Friday night banquet, and conference materials. One banquet ticket is included in each Advance Registration.
ADVANCE DAILY REGISTRATION FEE —
Thursday - $55 Friday - $60 Saturday - $25

Includes admission to all sessions, planned breaks and meals, social events, and conference materials for a single day. One banquet ticket is included in Friday Advance Registration only.
ADVANCE STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE — $20
Includes the same features as full registration at a reduced rate. Students must provide proof of current student status. One banquet ticket is included in each Advance Registration. On-site Student Registration will not include the Friday banquet.
ADVANCE FIELD TRIP TICKETS
NOTE: Tickets for the field trips are available only in advance.
Field Trip A — Joslyn Art Museum Special Collections Tour – $12
Includes bus transportation.
Lunch on your own at Joslyn's Café Durham.
Field Trip B — Nebraska Prairie Restorations:
Allwine Prairie and Boyer Chute NWR — $18
Includes bus transportation and a box lunch.
Please indicate on the registration form vegetarian or
non-vegetarian box lunch.

NOTE: One banquet ticket is included in each Advance Registration. Guest tickets for the Friday night banquet are available only in advance.

Lodging
A block of lodging rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites Omaha Downtown-Old Market hotel, 555 S. 10th Street (402/346-9000, 800/EMBASSY). Reserve your lodging room online.
Symposium lodging room rates (not including tax) are: $144 single occupancy, $149 double occupancy, $154 triple occupancy and $159 quad occupancy. The hotel must have your reservation by Wednesday, March 26, 2008 to receive these symposium rates. You are responsible for your own lodging arrangements. Please refer to "Death, Murder, and Mayhem on the Plains" room block when reserving your lodging.
Travel
From the Eppley Airport: Start out traveling north on Abbott Drive. After exiting Eppley Airfield, turn left (south) onto Abbott Drive. Turn right onto South 10th Street. The hotel will be on the left, just south of Howard Street and north of Jackson Street.
From Interstate 80 Heading East: Traveling east on I-80, merge onto I-480 at exit 452. Turn left onto US-6 East/Douglas Street. Turn right onto North 14th Street and left again onto US-6 East/Douglas Street. Turn right onto South 10th Street. The hotel will be on the left, just south of Howard Street and north of Jackson Street.
From Interstate 80 Heading West: Traveling west on I-80, merge onto I-29 North at exit 1A (toward Sioux City). Merge onto I-480 West/US-6 West on the left toward Omaha. Take the US-6/Dodge Street exit toward Eppley Airfield and Carter Lake. Take the US-6/Dodge Street exit. Turn left onto South 10th Street.

Refunds
All requests for full refund of advance registration fees must be submitted in writing and postmarked by April 4, 2008. After the due date, a $25 administration fee is deducted from all refunds. Refunds will be processed after the symposium.
