KIDS: You are called when KIDS (which includes Gail G.) are specified on the rehearsal calendar.

ALL: Because of the severely limited time we have, you MUST be memorized BEFORE we get to the called scene; this includes lyrics! KIDS: I’ll have scripts/scores for you on Monday.

On Sunday, March 2, the GROUP OF GIRLS called for 1-3-B and 1-3-C are: ALL chorus women (including Arminy & 3 Beauties). This GROUP OF GIRLS does NOT include Nettie, Louise, Laurie, Julie, Mrs. Mullin or Gail Gallagher although you may be called otherwise, by character name.

Reminder: If you’re going to be less than 5 minutes early for a rehearsal, call my office (402.472.1620) and leave a message marked “Urgent”. Instructions on how to do so are on my voicemail.

The first rehearsal schedule is now posted. It is, of course, subject to change but never less than 24 hours before a call. Check the page every day.

The contact sheet is also updated. Please check to make sure your name is spelled correctly; that’s how it will appear in the program.

The cast list will be updated within the next few days with more role assignments. I’ll let you know.

I’m out of town Thursday-Sunday this week.

Reminder: when I refer to "principals", I mean everyone above the "Townspeople, Amusement Park Carnies, Youngsters and Seafaring Men, Jugglers, Policemen" line on the cast list.

Principals only: Alisa will be contacting you about setting up individual vocal coaching sessions based on your schedule, and hers. BEFORE your first session with her, you need to check out a Libretto/Vocal Book from me. My normal office hours are Mondays 9a-10a and Tuesdays 2p-3p. You can find me in my office other times, especially if you let me know when you're coming.  I'm out of town Wednesdays through Sundays for the next 3 weeks. These books MUST be returned after rehearsals, cleaned of any notes/blocking etc. My office is 109B Temple; in the 1st floor lobby. Johnny Carson is pointing to my office in the monument photo. You can pick up books for your friends, with their approval. I need to check them out PER individual so I can get them all back at the end.

Non-principals: We will have scripts/scores ready for you to pick up soon. I will let you know when they're available.

ENTIRE CAST: You need to clear your schedule from Monday, March 24 through March 28 from 7:00-10:30. By that I mean, get your work shifts covered, talk to your professors about missing class, etc.
In return for your cooperation 3/24 through 3/28, we will NOT have a rehearsal on Saturday, March 29.

Sunday, March 30 is our FIRST TECH. Cast call will be 12:30 p.m. We won’t be done before 11:00 p.m. for sure.

Monday, March 31 through Saturday, April 5, you must be completely available after 6:00 p.m.

All Principals: There WILL be rehearsals sheduled most of the day on Saturday, March 15 from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.! An exact schedule will be posted as soon as possible on this page but plan on rehearsing ALL DAY on Saturday, March 15.
