N-card access is available to students with a purpose to enter Temple Building and N-card protected rooms at times when the doors are locked.

In order to have your N-card activated, you must agree, in writing, to the following:

1. I agree to use N-card access to interior rooms for only myself.
2. I agree not to prop any Temple Building door open with any object, allowing admission to unknown persons.
3. I agree not to admit any person other than those directly involved with my UNL-approved activity and for whose activities I shall assume responsibility.
4. I agree to report any suspicious persons and/or persons unknown to me immediately to UNL police.I agree to ensure door(s) are secure when entering, occupying and exiting accessed room(s) and/or Temple Building, including closing a propped-open door.
5. I agree to use appropriate care with UNL equipment in Room(s) I have N-card access.
6. I agree that any violation of this agreement will result in the immediate cancellation of N-card access to Temple Building and/or Temple Building Rooms.
7. I agree not to take food or drink into the CAD lab.

You must read and sign THIS CONTRACT (MS WORD FORMAT) and take it to 109B Temple for approval and activation.

I can ONLY activate N-cards, not credit cards or anything else.
