Jill is a fourth-year graduate student in the clinical psychology program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her research interests center on the interactions between distal, static, and situational risk factors for intimate partner aggression perpetration, the impact of prior trauma on aggressive behavior, and the assessment of interpersonal aggression. Currently, she is the assistant director of the Psychological Consultation Center at UNL. In the past, she has served as an extern at the Specialized Substance Abuse Supervision Unit in the Lancaster County Probation department, as well a research assistant for Dr. DiLillo’s Newlywed Project and at the University of Nebraska Public Policy Center.

Jill received a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in rehabilitation and human services from Boston University. As an undergraduate, she assisted with several research projects broadly focusing on families, trauma, and treatment outcome. After finishing her undergraduate degree, Jill was a research assistant in the Behavioral Science Division of the National Center for PTSD, where she was involved with research examining intimate partner aggression perpetration and victimization in both military and civilian populations.
