Rosy is a third-year graduate student in the clinical psychology program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her research interests include intimate partner violence perpetration, long-term effects of child maltreatment, and emotion regulation.

Rosy graduated from the University of California, San Diego, in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science specializing in clinical aspects of cognition, and a minor in Psychology. She has been engaged in numerous research projects addressing a variety of populations, including women who have suffered from eating disorders, adults diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and infants at risk for autism. In addition, Rosy has worked as an advocate for both an emergency domestic violence shelter and a Sexual Assault Response team.
