Address Changes

It is the primary responsibility of the student veteran to notify the VA of any address changes. Call 1-888-442-4551 and talk with a Case Manager or leave a voice mail message with your new address and phone number.   The VA will call and verify the address before changing it. Student veterans can also go to the VA web page and change their address via e-mail.

VA Education Service on the Internet

The Veterans Benefits Administration's (VBA) Education Service has created an Internet web site at http://www.gibill.va.gov. This web site is VA's primary source of information on the Internet for veterans and gives valuable information for veterans and dependents concerning education programs administered by VA.   The web pages provide information on all VA education programs. Visitors are able to read short descriptions of the benefits or view pamphlets that describe the various education programs in greater detail. Along with benefit information, the site includes sections on frequently asked questions, current projects, and news.

The VA also has a web site that connects student veterans directly with the St. Louis RPO at http://www.vba.va.gov/ro/stlouis/index.htm. This web site can be used to verify monthly certification. Written inquiries through the web site will be answered within 7 days. The Automated Response System is capable of providing specific information on each student veteran receiving Montgomery GI Bill benefits under chapters 30 and 1606.
