To Search, Submit, and Review Helpdesk Cases on the web, log in to Remedy Helpdesk.

Web Access:
You must allow pop-ups for the server, midtier.unl.edu.
MAC users note: If the Console Window is blank and is acting like it is loading, you may need to resize it.

Client Access:
If you prefer to use the client, Windows users should be using AR System User 6.3. Download the AR System User Tool for Windows. Make sure you uninstall any older versions before installing this version. Follow these instructions. During the install, use the default settings. You will then be prompted to enter the server name, which is remedywin.unl.edu.
