Remedy Compatibility Matrix
Configuring Pop-ups to work
with Remedy Helpdesk
If you have Pop-ups Unblocked, proceed
with with logging in to the system.If you have Pop-ups Blocked, see Windows or Firefox Configuration.

Windows: Select Tools->Internet
Options->Privacy->Settings. Enter midtier.unl.edu in
the 'Address of Web site to allow:' box and press the 'Add' button.
Press 'Close'. Press 'OK'.
- Firefox: Select Tools->Options->Content->Allowed Sites. Enter midtier.unl.edu in the 'Address of web site:' box and press the 'Allow' button. Press 'Close'. Press 'OK'.
